The entire property is exclusively reserved for your private use. Approx. 700 m² of fully enclosed grounds. A natural swimming pond, usable year-round with panoramic views – even in winter. A private whirlpool overlooking the lake and mountains. Multiple balconies and spacious terraces create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living, inviting you to spend time in the open air. The surroundings are defined by nature, space and movement. The historic Camino de Santiago trail passes directly by the property. Private Living Above the Lake.
A spacious villa with five bedrooms (approx. 250 m²) over two levels, designed for up to 10 guests – also available as an exclusive private stay for 4 guests. The entire villa is always rented exclusively to one guest group. The light-filled living and dining area with fireplace offers impressive panoramic views over Lake Lucerne and the surrounding Alps. Large windows provide abundant natural light and create a calm, open atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including oven, steam oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee machine, ice maker and additional equipment for a comfortable stay. A library with a separate workspace and sofa bed offers an additional private retreat with flexible use. Five elegant bedrooms with French beds and Smart TVs (including Netflix), four of which offer direct access to a balcony. Two bedrooms on the ground floor feature exclusive en-suite bathrooms, while three further bedrooms on the upper floor share a spacious bathroom. The interior is complemented by a fitness room with its own bathroom, WC and shower, as well as an infrared sauna. A separate guest toilet is located on the ground floor next to the living area. A private laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available. Fiber-optic internet with high-performance Wi-Fi throughout the entire villa – ideal for streaming and working. Direct access from the garage into the house. The villa features a private garage with an electric charging station (wallbox) as well as additional outdoor parking spaces. High-quality furnishings and a clear architectural design create an exclusive and relaxing living environment.
