To ensure a smooth reservation process, we kindly ask you to review our Guest Information.
By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Price Information
Villa Tauris is available for exclusive private stays throughout the year with exclusive use of the entire villa and all amenities.
CHF 950 per night – up to 4 guests
An exclusive private stay with two elegant bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and private balcony.
On request, the sofa bed in the office can also be used.
CHF 1,450 per night – up to 10 guests
Exclusive use of the entire villa with all bedrooms and living areas.
On request, the sofa bed in the office can also be used.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
A 20% deposit confirms your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund of the deposit up to 60 days before arrival
• 50% refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival
• After this period the deposit is non-refundable
For special requests or longer stays, we are pleased to assist you personally.
Important: Travel Insurance and Personal Liability Insurance
Please ensure that you have appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, interruptions or other unforeseen events.
Guests are also required to have personal liability insurance covering personal injury, property damage and financial loss.

By booking and using Villa Tauris, you agree to the following terms.
General Liability
The owner of Villa Tauris assumes no liability for loss, damage or injury resulting from unforeseen events, force majeure (such as natural disasters or pandemics), or the actions of guests or third parties.
Guests use Villa Tauris and its facilities at their own risk.
Use of Facilities
Villa Tauris offers various amenities including a natural swimming pond, whirlpool, fitness equipment and infrared sauna.
The use of these facilities is entirely at the guest’s own responsibility and risk.
The owner assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, property damage or other losses arising from the use of these facilities, whether caused by improper use, negligence or other circumstances.
Instructions by the Owner at Check-in
Guests are required to follow the instructions provided by the owner during check-in.

In addition, the owner or an authorized representative will provide a comprehensive introduction to ensure the safe and proper use of the villa’s facilities, including the natural swimming pond, whirlpool, fitness equipment and infrared sauna.
Guests are required to strictly follow these instructions.
The owner assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from failure to comply with these instructions.
Responsibility
Guests are required to use Villa Tauris and its facilities with care and consideration.
Any damage to the villa or its infrastructure caused by improper use, negligence or intentional actions by guests must be fully compensated by the responsible guest.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision of minor children, particularly when using the natural swimming pond, whirlpool, fitness equipment and infrared sauna.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of Villa Tauris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the property or its facilities.
Guests acknowledge that the use of all amenities and the surrounding property is undertaken at their own risk.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation and staying at Villa Tauris, guests confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these terms, including the house rules, safety information and guest guidelines.
These conditions apply to all guests staying at the property.
