Villa Tauris

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of Villa Tauris in Emmetten, Switzerland. By making a reservation, guests accept these conditions.

2. Reservation

A reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the owner and the required deposit has been received.

​

3. Rates and Payment

The rental rates are published on the official website.

​

• CHF 1,590 per night for up to 4 guests
• CHF 2,500 per night for the exclusive use of the entire villa (up to 10 guests)

​

Minimum stay: 3 nights

A 20% deposit confirms the reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund of the deposit up to 60 days before arrival
• 50% refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival
• After this period the deposit is non-refundable

5. Use of the Property

Villa Tauris is rented exclusively for private stays.
Parties, events or commercial activities require prior approval.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
(on request up to 12 guests, including the sofa bed in the office).

6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 11:00
Check-out: before 17:00

The key handover takes place personally.

7. House Rules

Guests agree to follow the house rules and all safety and usage instructions.

​

8. Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their companions or visitors.

​

9. Insurance

Guests are advised to have travel insurance and personal liability insurance.

​

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered location of the owner.
